Paint mist from a nearby job, render spatter off a building site, or fallout you only noticed when the car felt rough — we remove it without sanding your clear coat away.
Overspray is the work CDS was built on. When paint, render, concrete slurry or industrial fallout drifts onto a car, it does not sit in the dirt layer — it bonds to the clear coat and hardens. Washing does nothing. Polishing it off works, but every pass takes clear coat with it, and on a new car you can only do that so many times.
We remove overspray chemically and mechanically at the surface, not by cutting the paint down. The car is washed and assessed panel by panel, the contamination is softened and lifted, and the paint is then clayed and inspected under proper lighting. Only where something has actually etched do we machine-correct, and even then it is measured and minimal.
If the overspray came from a contractor, a neighbouring site or a factory, get it looked at early. Fresh overspray lifts far more easily than overspray that has sat through a Melbourne summer, and an early assessment is far more useful if someone else is paying for the repair.
