Ceramic coating, paint correction and paint protection for Vermont 3133 — mobile, at your home or workplace, or at our Berwick studio about 26 km away.
Vermont is established family country - the kind of suburb where a car does school runs, weekend sport and the supermarket, often for a decade. That is hard, honest wear, and most of it is surface damage that correction can take back out.
There is no sales team and no subcontracting. Andy assesses, corrects and coats every car from Vermont himself, with more than thirty years on paint behind him, and will tell you honestly if a job is not worth doing.
Around Abbey Walk.
Food, drinks, muddy boots and dog hair. Interior coatings seal fabric and leather so spills can be blotted up instead of soaking in.
Shopping-centre car parks leave light scuffs and transfer on door edges. Transfer can usually be polished off; a coating makes the next one easier to remove.
Stop-start suburban driving loads wheels with hot brake dust that bakes into the finish. Coated wheels rinse clean instead.
If the plan is to keep the car for years, protecting it once properly costs less than repeated polishing that thins the clear coat each time.
You get a straight assessment of what the paint needs, and what it does not.
Wash, iron treatment and clay, so the surface is genuinely clean before it is corrected.
Swirls, holograms and etching are levelled out by machine, measured as we go.
A certified coating, a proper cure, a registered warranty and a simple wash routine.
Andy is mobile as well as studio-based, so the work can be done at your place in Vermont or at the Berwick studio, about 26 km away. Most family homes have a garage or carport, which is all a mobile job needs, and it saves you juggling a second car for the drop-off. Tell us where the car is kept when you book and you will get a straight answer on which suits the job.
If the clear coat is oxidised but still intact, a restoration polish usually brings the colour back. If it has started to peel, no polish will fix it and we will tell you straight.
Just avoid automatic brush washes and use a proper car shampoo. The coating makes everything else easier.
Often more than on a show car. A family car gets washed quickly and often, and a coating makes those washes far less damaging while keeping mess from sticking.
